Core users have full access to every Pair tool - scheduling, CRM, bookings, portfolio management, recruitment, HR.

These are your office team, managers, and coordinators.

Casual users interact with Pair only where they need to - clocking in and out, viewing their rota, receiving training, updating their own HR profile. No full platform access.

  • What’s the difference between operators and active participants?

    Operators are your core team running the system.

    Active participants are people who use it occasionally - like staff on shifts, learners, or clients.


    You only pay for participants when they’re active.

  • What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

    We currently offer Booking, Recruitment, Staff Scheduling, Chatbot, Equipment Management, Reviews and Social Media Management. New products are continuously developed and added to the platform.

  • How does the 6% commission work?

    6% commision applies to bookings made where transactions are processed by Stripe.

    We charge our customers a 6% commission per transaction for simplicity.

    This covers the transaction fee, pay out charges and connect changes that Stripe apply to these transactions. 

  • Can I switch plans later?

    You can upgrade your plan at any time by adding users or features, and any additional costs will be pro-rated for the rest of your subscription period.


    Plan changes are fully supported at renewal (monthly or annually), allowing you to move down a tier if it better suits your current needs. 

  • What does 'post' mean for lone workers?

    A post is one active lone-worker shift at a site. If multiple guards rotate through the same shift pattern, they're covered under one post.

  • Are Pair products standalone or part of a bundle?

    Both. Each product can be used independently or combined with other Pair apps to create a connected workflow. 

    Access to the Pair Platform gives you all available tools and you can choose which ones are visible and active for your organisation.
